Welcome to the Eagle Trace Home Owner's Association's web page!

The Eagle Trace Subdivision is comprised of about 250 homes located on the slopes of Roxy Ann Peak in Medford, the eighth largest city in the State of Oregon and the largest in the beautiful Rogue Valley. Medford's amenities include two large medical centers, an indoor shopping mall, many restaurants and small shops, and a myriad of entertainment venues. It also has fourteen elementary schools, two middle schools, and two high schools. The subdivision is just minutes away from many outdoor activities, including skiing, fishing, biking, boating, hiking, rafting, and more, and it is an easy drive to Oregon's only national park, Crater Lake National Park.

The Eagle Trace Home Owner's Association (ETHOA) helps to keep the subdivision safe and beautiful for everyone by keeping the community connected and providing a place for members' complaints or concerns to be heard. Home owners within the subdivision are encouraged to become members of ETHOA. They may contact the Membership Committee and join for an initial fee of $12.50 per person per household. A maximum of two residents per household may become members.

ETHOA has elected officers consists of a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, membership committee, members at large, architectural committee, and covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) committee. The Eagle Trace Subdivision is also active with the Medford Police Department (MPD) and is a member of the MPD Neighborhood Watch program. Click here for the names and contact information of the ETHOA and Neighborhood Watch officers if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or complaints.

ETHOA has a general meeting of members and officers every spring unless there is a need to conduct business at other times during the year. The minutes from the last meeting (June 10, 2017) are available here.
